Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Frag (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of Frag, including visitors, registered users, and server administrators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Frag. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To use Frag, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at hello@hexios.top if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Frag to:

• Post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or automated content without consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or any other system or network.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload or share malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Frag (“User Content”). By posting content, you grant Hexios a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse, monitor, or take responsibility for any User Content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or its users.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Frag client applications, branding, and website (excluding User Content) is owned by or licenced to Hexios. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

The underlying server infrastructure is powered by Stoat, an open-source project. Stoat is licenced separately under its own terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of Frag is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect and use your information.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Frag available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, security reasons, or other operational requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexios and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or its users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users via an in-app announcement or email. Continued use of Frag after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
