To provide Frag as a functioning chat service, we collect and store the following information:
- Account information — your username, display name, and email address when you register.
- Messages and content — messages, files, and media you send within the platform.
- Server and channel data — servers you create or join, channels, roles, and related configuration.
- Connection metadata — IP addresses and timestamps at login, used to detect abuse and maintain security.
- Device information — basic client version and platform info sent automatically by the desktop or web app.
2. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not track your activity across other websites or apps.
- We do not build advertising profiles.
- We do not use third-party analytics services that collect personal data.
- We do not store payment information — any billing is handled entirely by a third-party processor.
3. How We Use Your Information
The data we collect is used solely to:
- Operate and maintain the Frag platform.
- Authenticate your account and keep it secure.
- Deliver messages, notifications, and real-time features.
- Investigate abuse reports or platform violations.
- Improve reliability and diagnose technical issues (via anonymised error reports).
4. We Will Never Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes.
This commitment has no exceptions — not now, and not in the future.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

and message history will be removed within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. When we make significant changes, we will notify users
via an in-app announcement or email. Continued use of Frag after changes are published constitutes acceptance
of the updated policy.
